Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARRIVEPAY LIMITED, 13 UNIT 155047, COURIER POINT, 13 FREELAND PARK, WAREHAM ROAD, POOLE, DORSET, BH16 6FH, United Kingdom, Email: info@my-booknooks.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Extended Courtesy Period
In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we offer you an extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Contracts for the delivery of goods made to customer specifications.
• Gift vouchers.

my-booknooks.com is not liable for damage to electronic devices (mobile phones, credit cards, tablets, laptops, etc.) caused by improper use of any magnetic components that may be included. my-booknooks.com is not liable for the natural wear of magnets over time.
